Notice that Aidan taps the cards at a specific point after Terry said stop.
This reveals the Titan card was put in the hand of Terry (forced choice).
The color of the garments can be changed using an app (video demo below).
This means someone in the public or behind the curtains is helping Aidan.
[ 2 ] 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗽𝘂𝘀
Simon says stop. Aidan doesn't stop, instead he carefully selects the Octopus card (forced choice).
Next Heidi receives a box (with Octopus plush toy inside). Also, all balloons on stage are empty.
While walking around to grab the last balloon Aidan puts his hand in his pocket. He takes out a hidden folded Octopus card and hides it in his hand.
To simulate the card in balloon sound he also has e.g. a pea in a small black box.
When shaking the balloon he says: "Do you here that?". After throwing the card on the ground he points. So, all attention is on the card. Enough time to hide the 'sound gimmick' or drop it.
Since Simon was forced the Octopus and Heidi got the plush toy it makes sense that the balloons falling down include an Octopus image. Aidan planned his entertaining act from the very start.
[ 3 ] 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘀
Mat Franco intro: Mat asks Howie to select a card. Notice the cards are only shown to Howie.
Mat ensures the 8 of hearts stand out by covering the cards on the left and right of it.
Now Mat Franco shows a contrasting black card to the camera/public and other jury members.
Howie however, can only see the back of that card and says: my card was red!
Next Mat goes back with his hand to the card deck to do a top change.
After doing so he puts the 8 of hearts face down between the hands of Howie.
And 'by surprise' the cards changed places.
The two not matching socks are on purpose given to Simon and Heidi (forced).
Thanks to using a trick deck the socks cards can be shown in 2 ways.
Finally, the 8 and ♥ on the socks were made possible thanks to Mat who forced that card to Howie.
